Returns
Unsure about a size or a colour? Order anyway. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason.
How it works
- Register your return at [[FILL IN: email address or returns portal]] with your order number.
- You'll get a return label and instructions within one working day.
- Send the item back within 14 days of registering, unworn and with the tags still on.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the same payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.
What can't be returned
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or that have had their tags removed can't be taken back. The same goes for made-to-order pieces and gift cards.
Something wrong with your order?
Not what you expected, or did your item arrive damaged? Email us at [[FILL IN: email address]] with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — no hassle. This is separate from your right to cancel: if an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under Irish consumer law still apply.
