2. Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Any delivery charge is shown separately and always before you confirm your order. Obvious errors or typos in prices are not binding on us.
3. Your order
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is no longer in stock — in which case we refund the full amount straight away.
4. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Payment runs over a secure connection and we don't store payment details ourselves.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within [[FILL IN: delivery time]] to the address you give us. Delivery times are indicative. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you're entitled to cancel the contract at no cost.
6. Right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return the item. See our returns policy for how it works. We refund the full order amount including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your return.
7. Faulty goods
Goods we supply must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something isn't right, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
8. Complaints

9. Governing law
