Ordering
How do I know my order went through?
You'll get a confirmation email with your order number right after checkout. Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll look it up.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your parcel hasn't been packed, we can change almost anything: size, address, or cancel the whole order. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is always available. An account is only useful if you want to look back at past orders or check out faster next time.
Payment

Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, no reason needed — that's your statutory right under EU and Irish consumer law. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.
What does it cost to return something?

When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, we refund within 14 days to the same card or account you paid from. Card refunds usually land within 3 to 5 working days after that.

Every item has a size chart and a short note on the fit. Caught between two sizes? Email us the size you usually wear and we'll give you an honest answer — we'd much rather help you get it right than process a return.
