Returns and right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, receive the order to cancel it without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. After cancelling you have another 14 days to actually send the item back.

How to register a return

  1. Email us at [[FILL IN: email address]] with your order number and the items you want to return. You may use the model cancellation form, but you don't have to — a clear statement is enough.
  2. You'll get a confirmation within one working day with the return address and a return label.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of registering.

Condition of returns

Please handle the item and its packaging with care during the cancellation period. You may unpack and try it on as you would in a shop. Items that have been worn, washed, scented or damaged, or that have had their tags removed, can't be taken back in full; where value has been lost through handling beyond what was necessary, we may deduct that from the refund.

Exceptions

Made-to-measure or personalised items, sealed items that aren't suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and gift cards are excluded from the right to cancel.

Refunds

We refund the full order amount, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used to order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something isn't right with your order, email us at [[FILL IN: email address]] with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund you — whichever you prefer. Your rights in respect of faulty goods under Irish consumer law are separate from, and additional to, the 14-day right to cancel above.
